תּוֹרָה קנא
סְגֻלָּה לְזֶרַע שֶׁל קַיָּמָא שֶׁיֹּאמְרוּ שְׁנֵיהֶם אִישׁ וְאִשְׁתּוֹ קֹדֶם הַזִּוּוּג פָּרָשַׁת וּבְרָאשֵׁי חָדְשֵׁיכֶם, וְכֵן כְּשֶׁהַתִּינוֹק חוֹלֶה חַס וְשָׁלוֹם יֹאמְרוּ אָז גַּם כֵּן הָאִישׁ וְהָאִשָּׁה פָּרָשַׁת וּבְרָאשֵׁי חָדְשֵׁיכֶם:

EN:
A remedy [segulah] for enduring offspring — that both husband and wife recite the passage "U'V'Rashei Chadshei'chem" [Numbers 28:11] before the marital union. And likewise when the infant is ill — G-d forbid — both husband and wife should then also recite the passage "U'V'Rashei Chadshei'chem".
