תּוֹרָה קצח
כְּשֶׁאֶחָד צוֹעֵק לְהַשֵּׁם יִתְבָּרַךְ אוֹמְרִים לוֹ לִסַּע, כְּמוֹ שֶׁכָּתוּב (שְׁמוֹת יד, טו): "מַה תִּצְעַק אֵלָי דַּבֵּר אֶל בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וְיִסָּעוּ":

When one cries out to Hashem Yisborach — He tells one to travel — as it is written [Exodus 14:15]: ""Why do you cry out to Me? Speak to the children of Israel and let them travel.""
