תּוֹרָה רכח
כְּשֶׁהַקָּדוֹשׁ־בָּרוּךְ־הוּא מִסְתַּכֵּל בַּנְּשָׁמָה שֶׁתּוּכַל לְהַחֲזִיר בְּנֵי אָדָם בִּתְשׁוּבָה וְלַעֲשׂוֹת גֵּרִים, אָז הוּא יִתְבָּרַךְ בְּעַצְמוֹ כִּבְיָכוֹל מְבַקֵּשׁ וְרוֹאֶה שֶׁיִּהְיֶה מַחֲלֹקֶת עָלֶיהָ:

When the Holy One, blessed be He, looks upon a soul that can bring people to teshuvah and make converts — then He, may He be blessed, as it were desires and brings about that there will be conflict against her.
