Segment 1
HE:
מִי שֶׁאֵינוֹ יָכוֹל לִבְכּוֹת, יִסְתַּכֵּל עַל הָרָקִיעַ, כִּי הוּא גָּרַם בְּכִיָּה לַמַּיִם.

EN:
1. Someone who cannot cry should look at the sky, for it caused the water to cry .

Segment 2
HE:
הַבְּכִיָּה מְבַטֵּל הִרְהוּרֵי זְנוּת.

EN:
2. Crying annuls promiscuous thoughts.

Segment 3
HE:
סְגֻלָּה לְחוֹלִי הַצַּוָּאר, שֶׁיִּבְכֶּה עַל חֻרְבַּן הַבֵּית־הַמִּקְדָּשׁ.

EN:
3. A segulah for healing sicknesses of the neck is to cry over the destruction of the Temple.
