HE:
זְקֵנִים מַעֲמִידִים אֶת יִשְׂרָאֵל וַעֲצָתָם טוֹבָה לָנוּ.

EN:
1. The elders uphold Israel, and their advice is good for us.

Segment 2
HE:
לְפִי הַזְּקֵנִים שֶׁבַּדּוֹר כֵּן הַפַּרְנָסָה.

EN:
2. According to the elderly of the generation, so is the income.

Segment 3
HE:
אִם הַזְּקֵנִים אֵינָם חֲכָמִים סִימָן לַדָּבָר – שֶׁעִקַּר חֲשִׁיבוּתָם הוּא אֵצֶל נָשִׁים הַיְלָדוֹת.

EN:
3. If the elders are not wise, a sign of the matter is that their main esteem is by young women.
