Segment 1
HE:
עַל יְדֵי סְפִירַת הָעֹמֶר נִצּוֹלִין מִגֵּרוּשׁ.

EN:
1. Through counting of the omer, there is saving from expulsion.

Segment 2
HE:
בְּיוֹתֵר צָרִיךְ לְהִזָּהֵר לִטְבֹּל לְקִרְיוֹ בִּימֵי עֹמֶר.

EN:
2. Extra special care must be taken to dip [in a Mikveh] for one’s accidental emission during the days of the omer.

Segment 3
HE:
בִּסְפִירַת הָעֹמֶר יְכוֹלִין לְהַכְנִיעַ אֶת הַמָּסוּר. וְסִימָן: לָעֹמֶר – רָאשֵׁי תֵבוֹת: מֵ'אִיגְּרָא רָ'מָא לְ'בִירָא עֲ'מִיקְתָּא.

EN:
3. In the counting of the omer it is possible to subdue an informer. A sign for this: “LaOMeR” [- to the omer – this is how the Omer is counted: 1 or 49 days to the Omer] this is an acronym for: “Me’igra Rama L’bira Ohmikta” (from a high roof to a deep pit).
