קְדֻשַּׁת פּוּרִים

Through the joy of Purim with clapping of hands and dancing [שִׂמְחַת פּוּרִים בִּמְחִיאַת כַּפַּיִם וְרִקּוּדִים] — that is, through strengthening oneself during the days of Purim with great and abundant joy, even to the point of dancing and clapping of hands — one merits to draw upon oneself receiving the Torah in the revealed and the concealed [קַבָּלַת הַתּוֹרָה בַּנִּגְלֶה וּבַנִּסְתָּר]. This is the wondrous illumination of Mordechai and Esther. That is: one merits to great arousal and a powerful desire to fulfill the commandments of the Torah in the revealed dimension, and to genuinely understand and fulfill the secrets and true wisdoms that are in the concealed dimension of the Torah. One also merits to fulfill the commandment of counting the Omer [מִצְוַת סְפִירַת הָעֹמֶר] properly. And also through proper Purim joy one merits to subdue the klipah of Haman and Amalek, may his name be erased — that is, the lusts and evil traits that are called the klipah of Haman-Amalek. And through proper Purim joy, pride, idolatry, and heresies are nullified. And one merits great faith and holy wisdom [חָכְמָה דִּקְדֻשָּׁה], and life and length of days. And all manner of harsh judgments and evil decrees are sweetened and nullified from Israel.

Purim is a preparation for Passach [פּוּרִים הוּא הֲכָנָה לְפֶסַח]. That is: through the commandments and joy of Purim as it should be, one merits to be saved from chametz [חָמֵץ] on Passach, and merits to fulfill all the commandments of Passach properly.
