Adversity (צרות)
How to face and overcome difficult times with faith and strength. Rabbi Nachman taught that even the darkest moments contain hidden opportunities for growth and spiritual elevation.
Anger (כעס)
Controlling anger and transforming it into positive action. Anger is considered one of the most dangerous traits, and controlling it is essential for spiritual growth.
Anxiety (דאגה)
Overcoming worry and placing trust in Hashem. Rabbi Nachman emphasized that worry is a form of forgetting Hashem's providence.
Business (מסחר)
Conducting business with integrity and trust in Divine providence. Even in commercial dealings, one must remember that Hashem provides the livelihood.
Children (ילדים)
Raising children with love and proper guidance. Parents must be patient and understanding while teaching their children the ways of Torah.
Depression (עצב)
Finding joy even in difficult circumstances. Rabbi Nachman's path emphasizes joy as essential for spiritual service and overcoming sadness.
Faith (אמונה)
Building and strengthening one's trust in Hashem. Complete faith is the foundation of all the good qualities and the path to salvation.
Joy (שמחה)
The paramount importance of joy in serving Hashem. Rabbi Nachman taught that one should always be happy and encourage others to be happy.
Humility (ענוה)
Developing true humility before Hashem and others. The tzaddik is one who is humble and recognizes his own nothingness.
Hope (תקווה)
Never losing hope, even in the darkest moments. There is nothing without hope, and everyone has the capacity for teshuvah.
Judging Others (דין)
Learning to judge others favorably and avoid speaking ill of anyone. Rabbi Nachman strongly warned against speaking negatively about any Jew.
Listening (שמיעה)
The importance of listening to words of Torah and chassidic teachings. One should listen carefully and internalize what they hear.

Prayer (תפילה)
The power of prayer and heartfelt connection with Hashem. Through prayer, one can achieve everything - Torah, service, holiness, and all good.
Pride (גאוה)
Overcoming pride and cultivating humility. Pride is the root of many sins and blocks one's connection to Hashem.
Repentance (תשובה)
The path to return and spiritual renewal. No matter how far one has fallen, teshuvah is always possible.
Sadness (עצב)
Transforming sadness into joy and growth. While depression is dangerous, a broken heart for spiritual reasons is precious.
Sin (חטא)
Dealing with sin and the path to forgiveness. One should never despair of Hashem's mercy, even after sinning.
Torah (תורה)
The study of Torah as the foundation of Jewish life. Torah study brings joy, wisdom, and connection to Hashem.
Trust (בטחון)
Placing complete trust in Hashem's providence. Perfect trust means relying on Hashem for all needs.
Worry (דאגה)
Releasing worry and embracing faith in Hashem. Worry is a form of weak faith and should be overcome through strengthening emunah.
Hisbodidus (היבדוד)
The practice of personal prayer and meditation. Setting aside time daily to speak heart-to-heart with Hashem.
Simplicity (פשטות)
The value of simple faith and straightforward service. Sometimes the simplest approach is the most effective.
Truth (אמת)
Seeking and speaking truth in all matters. Truth is one of Hashem's primary attributes and essential for spiritual growth.
Zion (ציון)
Love for Zion and longing for Jerusalem. The bricks and stones of Jerusalem are precious and our true home.
