הוֹדִיעַ לִי חֲדָשׁוֹת שֶׁהוּא חוֹשֵׁשׁ בְּעֵינָיו, וְאֶרְאֶה לְהִתְפַּלֵּל עָלָיו. וּמִזֶּה תִּרְאוּ וְתָבִינוּ כַּמָּה צְרִיכִין לְהִתְרַחֵק מִדָּאקְטוֹרִים [מֵרוֹפְאִים], וּכְבָר הֵכַנְתִּי רוּצֶעפְּט [מִרְשַׁם] לִשְׁלֹחַ לוֹ. וּכְלַל הָרוּצֶעפְּט הוּא, א - שֶׁלֹּא יִקַּח שׁוּם רְפוּאָה. ב - שֶׁלֹּא יִקַּח שׁוּם רְפוּאָה. ג - שֶׁלֹּא יִקַּח שׁוּם רְפוּאָה וְכוּ' וְכוּ'. גַּם שֶׁיֵּלֵךְ דַּוְקָא לַמִּקְוֶה וְכוּ' הַשֵּׁם יִתְבָּרַךְ יְרַחֵם עָלָיו וְיִשְׁלַח לוֹ רְפוּאָה שְׁלֵמָה בִּמְהֵרָה מִן הַשָּׁמַיִם.

גַּם אוֹדִיעַ לָכֶם חֲדָשׁוֹת מֵעַתָּה. דְּעוּ כִּי יֵשׁ אֱלֹקִים שַׁלִּיט בָּאָרֶץ בַּשָּׁמַיִם מִמַּעַל וְעַל הָאָרֶץ מִתַּחַת, חַי לָעַד וְקַיָּם לָנֶצַח יִשְׁתַּבַּח שְׁמוֹ לָעַד. וְהַכֶּסֶף וְהַזָּהָב הַכֹּל הֶבֶל. וְאַף עַל פִּי שֶׁרֹב הָעוֹלָם הֵם מִבְּנֵי הַמְּדִינָה שֶׁל עֲשִׁירוּת שֶׁמִּתְלוֹצְצִים מִשִּׂיחוֹת כָּאֵלֶּה (עַיֵּן סִיפּוּרֵי מַעֲשִׂיּוֹת מַעֲשֶׂה י"ב). הַבְּחִירָה הִיא בְּיָדָם לְהַטּוֹת שִׁכְמָם לְעֹל הַגֵּיהִנָּם בָּזֶה הָעוֹלָם. כַּאֲשֶׁר בָּחֲרוּ לָהֶם מִלְּבַד מַה שֶּׁיִּהְיֶה לְיוֹם הַדִּין, וְסוֹף יָשׁוּבוּ הֵמָּה אֵלֵינוּ וַאֲנַחְנוּ לֹא נָשׁוּב אֲלֵיהֶם. וּכְבָר אָמַר דָּוִד הַמֶּלֶךְ עָלָיו הַשָּׁלוֹם (תְּהִלִּים מ"ט) "אַל תִּירָא כִּי יַעֲשִׁר אִישׁ" וְכוּ'. וְאִם יִתְלוֹצְצוּ גַּם מִזֶּה, יִמָּלֵא פִּיהֶם חָצָץ. בּוֹטֵחַ בְּעָשְׁרוֹ הוּא מִשְׁעֶנֶת קָנֶה רָצוּץ. "אֵלֶּה בָרֶכֶב וְאֵלֶּה בַסּוּסִים, וַאֲנַחְנוּ בְּשֵׁם ה' אֱלֹקֵינוּ נַזְכִּיר" (שָׁם כ). כִּי אֵין מָנוֹס מִפִּגְעֵי הָעוֹלָם הַמְּלֵאִים בְּכָל בַּיִת כִּי אִם אֶל הַשֵּׁם יִתְבָּרַךְ וְהַתּוֹרָה לְבַד. כַּאֲשֶׁר כְּבָר הֶאֱרַכְנוּ שִׂיחָתֵנוּ מִזֶּה הַרְבֵּה, וַעֲדַיִן צְרִיכִין לַחֲזֹר וּלְדַבֵּר זֹאת בְּכָל יוֹם.

And the principle is that [Iyov 5:7]: Man is born to toil — happy is the one whose toil is in Torah.
