The essential machlokes in the world comes from removal of be'urei ha'Torah — for the be'ur is the **answer to contradictions/riv**. Bechina of **'Midbar Tzin'** (Bamidbar 20:1) = **'dibbur m'tzanen'** (cooling speech) — there Miriam died, bechina of this neshamah who bore the bitterness of shi'bud on the Torah. Then the **be'er** ceased — bechina of be'urei Torah. Then: **'va'yarev ha'am im Moshe'** (Bamidbar 20:3) — bechina of the machlokes."** **"Therefore the mefarshim are called **morim** — because they receive from the neshamah called **Miriam**; also **'mi'talmidai yoser mi'kulam'** (Ta'anis 7a) — they **morim es moreihem** (teach their teachers). One who wants a be'ur must take from this lev via tefilah.
