יז "אכילה", יאכל במתינות ובדרך ארץ ולא יכעס ולא ידבר אז דיבורים שאינם מוכרחין וילמוד על שלחנו, ויברך ברכת המזון בשמחה וכנ"ל, ובזה ימשיך עליו הארת הרצון, היינו כיסופין ורצונות טובים לילך בדרכי השם, וכן בכל הנאותיו ומעשיו יכוון שיהיה כרצונו יתברך ויהיה נעשה יחוד קודשא בריך הוא ושכינתיה על ידי אכילתו והנאותיו ומעשיו:

One should love all of Yisroel — and in particular those drawn close to the true Tzaddik — as one's own soul. One should speak with them every day about the ultimate truth, in order to receive from their good point — for in every one of Yisroel there is a good point that is not found in another.
