(קח) פעם אחת דבר מענין תפלת הצדיקים האמתיים שלפעמים אין פועלים בתפלתם, כי זמנין דשמע וזמנין דלא שמע כמבאר בזהר הקדוש (בראשית קה:):

(108.) Once he spoke about the prayer of the true tzaddikim — that sometimes they do not accomplish through their prayer. For "sometimes He hears and sometimes He does not hear" as explained in the holy Zohar [Bereishis 105b].
