To the honor of the President of Israel — my heart and my vitality — Mr. S.Z. Shazar, whom all Israel glorify and praise with all kinds of grace and love — because he clothed himself in strength and a spirit of heroism like a warrior — to magnify and to sanctify the name of Hashem throughout all the worlds, and to raise the honor of His holy Shabbos and the honor of His people Israel before the eyes of all the nations. Fortunate is his portion that he has merited to this. Long and healthy years, peace and all good.

Because of the great attachment and the true, wondrous, and unique love in the world that Hashem has made between me and you — my heart is very close to you and drawn after you with great longing and fierce pining, until I see you always, every day and at every time. For because of the powerful love I cannot detach myself from you and separate my thought from you — and I cannot endure at all not always seeing you. And I embrace you with the words of my mouth, in prayers and supplications, from the warmth and the depth of my soul — that Hashem grant you good and true counsels and grant you success in all that you turn to. And the essential thing — that you achieve eternal success: to bind yourself in truth, with powerful will and self-sacrifice, to the most select head of truth — until you merit that through you the truth be publicized and revealed throughout the entire world. For upon this depends the essential vitality and the repair of the world in perfection.

Hashem Yisburach first shines the illumination of truth to the great heart and the head that possesses broad daas and a wise soul — and afterwards the light spreads until it reaches all the limbs, meaning to the heart of all Israel and of the entire world.

The light of the true Tzadik — who is the aspect of Moshe-Moshiach — grows and is magnified always, every day, in every generation and generation, and does not stand still at all. Rather, he buds and blossoms and rises from level to level and brings forth a flower and blossoms gloriously — until in the end he will complete his own work, to return the entire world to good, until all will know Hashem. And the essential wholeness of the revelation of the light of the true Tzadik throughout the entire world will be completed through the King Moshiach — through which he will repair the world in ultimate perfection.
