The essential end of the redemption depends upon the very deep and great counsels of the truly wise one — which are very, very deep. Which no prophet or seer can fathom — only the true Tzadik.
The lower the level — and the more one has fallen (in exile) (in darkness) into more distant places — the more one needs even deeper and greater counsels to go out from there — so that they return from such disgraceful places.
