The more one becomes distant from the holiness of the fulfillment of the Torah — the more one needs the deepest and greatest counsels of the Nachal Noavaya — in order that they return from such disgraceful places. And when one merits to this — his worth is very precious and most exalted before Hashem Yisburach — more than complete Tzadikim.

The essential thing — to arouse the people — that they return for the blemish of the dispute against the true Tzadik — the Nachal Noavaya. For through this they become distanced from all the Torah — the entire Torah is blemished.

The essential wholeness of the fulfillment of the Torah is through the Nachal Noavaya.

The essential end of the final redemption — after which there is no exile — depends upon the very deep counsels of the Nachal Noavaya — which are very, very deep — and which will be revealed through Moshiach — who is called "the Wondrous Counselor" [Isaiah 9:5]. About which it is said: "Hashem of Hosts has counseled — and who can annul it?" [Isaiah 14:27]. Through him the End will come.

The essential foundation of the repair of counsel — through which the End will come — is the unity and love and peace among Israel. That they assemble with fondness together to the Nachal Noavaya (and speak with one another about the final purpose). And through this they merit to the wholeness of counsel. And according to the peace and the unity — so they merit to the wholeness of counsel.

The lower the level — and the more one has fallen into more distant places — the more one needs deeper counsels — in greater darkness — to go out from there.
