…And the general principle and the essential is the strengthening — to strengthen oneself always — even as one is. To believe with complete faith that there is no descent in the world — for in every place one can find Hashem Yisburach. For in every place — even the very ultimate of the ultimate of descent — the fall below which there is no lower — one can find Hashem Yisburach.

Even when one falls into the nethermost depths — even so one must always strengthen oneself and never despair at all. For even there Hashem Yisburach is found — in the aspect of "If I make my bed in the netherworld — behold You are there" [Psalms 139:8]. And this is the essential and the foundation in the service of Hashem — upon which everything depends — never to fall in one's mind — even if what passes over him passes.

…Therefore he inflamed and set ablaze his heart like a blazing flame — to ascend together with all of Israel to the true leader, the Nachal Noavaya — new, awesome and wondrous healings, wonder of wonders without end. That have not yet been revealed (from the day Heaven and earth were created) since the days of the world. Which benefit even the utterly lost sick ones such as ourselves today. And the spirit of impurity and the spirit of falsehood of the false faiths and the heresies — he will blaze and nullify. Therefore he inflamed and set ablaze his heart like a flame of fire — to ascend together with the whole of Israel, all of Israel, the congregation of Israel — to the true leader, the Nachal Noavaya — new, awesome and wondrous healings — wonder of wonders like these — that have not been revealed since the days of the world. Which benefit everyone — even the utterly lost sick ones such as ourselves today — in this bitter darkness. Blessing and life and peace!

On the 8th of Kislev you came here — to the holy city of Tiberius — the holy place in which we merited to join and to bind ourselves to the Nachal Noavaya in the year 5717, on the 15th of Shevat.
