השתפכות הנפש - Hashtatfchus HaNefesh

וְעַל כֵּן בְּהוֹשַׁעְנָא רַבָּא שֶׁאָז נִגְמָר הַתִּקּוּן אוֹמְרִים אָז כָּל סֵפֶר תְּהִלִּים כִּי זֶה עִקַּר הַתִּקּוּן שֶׁאָנוּ עוֹסְקִים מֵראשׁ-הַשָּׁנָה עַד עַתָּה לְהַמְשִׁיךְ אֲמִירַת תְּהִלִּים בָּעוֹלָם וְלַעֲסֹק בְּהִתְבּוֹדְדוּת וְלַעֲשׂוֹת מֵהַתּוֹרוֹת תְּפִלּוֹת שֶׁכָּל זֶה הוּא בְּחִינַת תְּהִלִּים כַּנַּ"ל .

A Jewish person needs to always look at the wisdom within everything in order that it will enlighten him so that he can come close to G-d through each thing. Because this wisdom is a great light and it will enlighten all his ways. [Likutay Moharan 1]
