There are secrets through which even the most distant can draw close to Hashem — these are the secrets that the great Tzadikim reveal in private whisper, and all of it is only for the rectification of the world — so that all the distant ones will draw close to His service. And the reason these things are said in private and whisper is the secret of why we say "Blessed is the Name of the glory of His kingdom forever and ever" quietly and in a whisper. And one who truly believes in the secret of Hashem which is for those who fear Him, has hope always to escape from the net laid for him: "The secret of Hashem is for those who fear Him... my eyes are always toward Hashem, for He will bring my feet out of the net" [Psalms 25:14–15].
