Therefore I warn him and spur him with alacrity to settle with me immediately — for I cannot write my son a receipt — and because of this I am not writing him any letter to my son, may his candle shine — and they are awaiting my letters.

And I have greatly asked of you for the sake of my wife, may she live — for she is not at all in good health — and she wants to escort me to Tzfas, may it be established — and to be with us together for the celebration of Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai — and may her weakness not be, G-d forbid, an impediment to my journey to Rabbainu z"l for Rosh Hashana — for this is the main purpose of my journey: to be by Rosh Hashana at the master of the field — who is engaged in the repair of the souls of the dead and the living.
