When the true tzaddik speaks about everyday matters — business, weather, mundane conversation — his words contain more holiness than the Torah teachings of an ordinary tzaddik. This is because the true tzaddik's speech is pure, unmixed with any hidden self-interest or spiritual impurity. Even an ordinary tzaddik's Torah words may contain subtle mixtures (ta'arovot) — fragments of ego or klipah woven in. But the true tzaddik's very speech, even on worldly matters, flows entirely from a pure source. Every word he utters is Torah.
