א. עַל-יְדֵי עֲצִירוּת בָּאִים הִרְהוּרֵי עֲבוֹדָה זָרָה.

Through constipation come idolatrous thoughts.

ב. לְכָל דְּבַר מִיתָה יִפְתַּח נְקָבָיו.

In any case of impending death, one should open his orifices.

ג. עֲצִירוּת מַזִּיק לָעֵינַיִם.
