He said to someone: One who is not frantic and anxious for wealth — and does not trade beyond his own means — only doing business faithfully with his own money and not borrowing from others to do great business — this person fulfills (Devarim 6:5): "And with all your might [me'odecha]." He also said to someone: when one gives a fifth to charity from one's money, one fulfills "and with all your might."
