(מט) שמעתי מפיו הקדוש שאמר אני קנקן חדש מלא ישן. גם נמצא בכתב ידו הקדושה אני זקן שבקדשה וכו' שמגלה דברים שכסה עתיק יומין וכו':

(49.) I heard from his holy mouth that he said: "I am a new vessel full of old." And it is also found in his holy handwriting: "I am the elder of holiness etc. who reveals things that the Ancient of Days concealed etc."
