(מא) דברי המעתיק אמר על דבר המנין מיחד שהיה להם לאנשי שלומנו בנעמרוב להתפלל שם ביחד ואחר כך נתבטל, אמר מי יודע מה היה אם היה מתקים דבר המנין שלכם, המנין שלכם היה בוקע רקיעים. גם פעם אחת היה רבי נפתלי ז"ל מנגן איזה מזמור בבית המדרש בלילה עם עוד אנשים מאנשי שלומנו, ורבנו ז"ל שכב כבר על מטתו וקם רבנו ז"ל ממטתו ונכנס אליהם לשמע את נגינתם. ואחר כך אמר להם תדעו שהנגינה שלכם היתה בוקעת רקיעים וכו', תוכלו לשער עצמכם אשר כבר שכבתי על מטתי, והנגינה שלכם משכה אותי ממטתי לכנס אליכם וכו':
