(יז) לענין חקירת המחקרים שהזהיר מאד להתרחק מאד מהם בכל מיני הרחקות ואמר שהמחקרים חקרו בגדלת השם יתברך ורוממותו כמו שהוא באמת. כי חקרו שהוא יתברך מרומם ומנשא מאד מכל מיני מחשבות כאשר הוא באמת, אבל אינם יכולים להבין ולהשיג בחקירתם שום מצוה ממצוות התורה, כי המצוות אינם יכולין להשיג ולהבין בחקירתם בשום אפן, ומחמת זה הם כופרים גדולים, על כן צריכים להתרחק מהם מאד וכנ"ל:
