To the honor of the President of Israel — my heart and my flesh — Mr. S.Z. Shazar, who watches and gazes and looks to see the true truth — which is wonder of wonders, wonders upon wonders, great and awesome without end and without limit — which will conquer the entire world and implant in their hearts a complete, pure, clear, and lucid faith, until all the false faiths and all the heresies will be nullified. תַּגִּיל נַפְשִׁי וְתָשִׂישׂ בִּישׁוּעַת ה' עַל עֹצֶם נִפְלְאוֹת חַסְדּוֹ אֲשֶׁר הִפְלִיא עִמָּנוּ בַּיָּמִים הַלָּלוּ יְמֵי אֲדָר וְנִיסָן, שֶׁבָּהֶם יְשׁוּעַת יִשְׂרָאֵל וּמַפֶּלֶת הָמָן עֲמָלֵק וּמַפֶּלֶת מִצְרַיִם בְּכָל דּוֹר, וְשֶׁנִבְחַרְתָּ בְּאַהֲבָה וּבְהַעֲרָצָה עַזָּה לִהְיוֹת וְכוּ'... אֲנִי מִתְפַּלֵּל עָלֶיךָ וּמְבָרֵךְ אוֹתְךָ וְאֶת בֵּיתְךָ בְּבִרְכַּת מַזָּל טוֹב. ה' בְּרַחֲמָיו יַאֲרִיךְ יְמֵיכֶם, יָאִיר מַזָּלְךָ לְטוֹבָה כַּשֶּׁמֶשׁ בַּצָּהֳרַיִם וְכַלְּבָנָה בַּחֲצִי הַחֹדֶשׁ בְּמִלּוּאָהּ, וְיַצְלִיחֲךָ בְּכָל דְּרָכֶיךָ וּבְכָל מַעֲשֶׂיךָ, וְיִפְתַּח לְךָ שַׁעֲרֵי חֵן וָחֶסֶד מִפִּתְחֵי הַחֵן וְהַחֶסֶד בְּעֵינֵי כָּל רוֹאֶיךָ, וְיִהְיוּ דְּבָרֶיךָ מְתוּקִים מִדְּבַשׁ וְנֹפֶת צוּפִים בְּאָזְנֵי כָּל שׁוֹמֵעַ נְעִימַת מְתִיקַת לְשׁוֹנְךָ הַצַּח, וְתַאֲרִיךְ יָמִים עַל מַמְלַכְתְּךָ. בְּיָמֶיךָ תִּוָּשֵׁעַ יְהוּדָא וִירוּשָׁלַיִם בְּהִתְגַּלּוּת אוֹר הָאֱמֶת לְבִנְיַן בֵּית הַמִּקְדָּשׁ, וְיִהְיֶה לְךָ חֵלֶק גָּדוֹל בְּהַצַּדִּיק הַגָּנוּז שֶׁעוֹסֵק לְהַחֲזִיר כָּל הָעוֹלָם לַמּוּטָב, לְעוֹרְרָם וּלְהַקִּיצָם, לְתוֹמְכָם וּלְסַעֲדָם, לְרַפְּאוֹתָם לְהַחֲיוֹתָם וּלְשַׂמְּחָם וּלְהָאִיר בָּהֶם אוֹר חָכְמָתוֹ וְתוֹרָתוֹ הַנִּפְלָאָה וְנוֹרָאָה, לְהַכִּיר וְלֵידַע כִּי ה' הוּא הָאֱלֹקִים.
I exult and rejoice in my heart upon seeing your flaming blessing, and the love of your heart and the greatness of your kindness that you have multiplied toward me — in the amount of three hundred Israeli liras. Many thanks. May Hashem recompense your good deed. My eyes and my heart are lifted to our Father in Heaven — until He grace you and raise your glory and your success, and guard you and your household from all kinds of ailments, and heal you in body and soul for long and good and pleasant years.
אוֹהַבְךָ הַנֶּאֱמָן, הַמִּתְפַּלֵּל תָּמִיד בְּעַד שְׁלוֹמְךָ וְטוֹבְתְךָ.
The entire essential purpose of the Exodus from Egypt, and all the awesome signs and wonders that Hashem Yisburach performed with our forefathers and with us from the day of the Exodus from Egypt until this very day in every generation — all of it is for the sake of the holy faith. In order to merit to complete faith — which is the essence of everything, and this is the essential service of a person all the days of his life.
