B.S.D. 12. Come for Rosh Hashana to the place that Hashem has chosen for His treasured people. The daughter of my eye and my heart — who has invested all his mind and his heart in the sea of wisdom of the true Tzadik, who comforts and fortifies and arouses and awakens us with the voice of Hashem that cleaves flames of fire — and reveals and illuminates for us the light of daas, to know that Hashem is still with us and beside us and very close to us in every place. A good and blessed year in good, true and eternal life — to you and to your household. My heart, my dearest! Have compassion and pity upon your precious soul and upon tens of thousands upon tens of thousands of worlds without measure that depend upon your soul. And do not heed any of the pushings-away that exist in the world — that wish to separate you from the holy gathering at Rosh Hashana. Only — with the help of Hashem — strengthen your hand in them, and stand on your feet with all your might. And cast away entirely all your honor and all your soul — and hold yourself with all your strength to the gathering of the true Tzadik all the days of your life. For all your life depends on this — and through this you will never be shaken. The essential wondrous repair that one merits on Rosh Hashana is through joining oneself to the gathering of the Tzadik — who is the essential true shepherd, within whom are included all the true shepherds who have existed in all the generations.

…Who labors now more than ever — to gather Israel as a shepherd his flock. And he is a true merciful one — who gathers all the displaced and the lost ones — who are the utter wicked, most distanced from Hashem Yisburach — to return them to holiness. And he illuminates in the heart of each and every one, in every place where he may be — how to return from all the evil places that wish to push him there. And he implants within them the fulfillment of the Torah all the days of their lives, through all that passes over them. And this is the essential mercy for Israel. In the near future there will come a time when the light of the true Tzadik will be revealed and will shine even among all the gentile nations and peoples — and they will all gather and assemble to the Tzadik to hear the word of Hashem. And then they will all know Hashem and they will all call in the name of Hashem. Whoever wishes to bring the wicked and those most distanced close to Hashem Yisburach — there are upon him very great dangers without measure. And for this, many endless stratagems are needed — until he merits to perform his work in perfection.
