My heart and my flesh — Mr. Sh. Efrati — who has invested all his strength to cleave himself to the true Tzadik. Who has the power to descend further and further below — to the very depths of the depths — to the most lowly and most distant places. And to shatter and to nullify all the evil that clings — even in the heretics and the utter unbelievers who have gone out entirely from the category of the holiness of Israel. And seeks and gathers and collects all the good points within them. And strengthens and arouses them — that however they may be and wherever they may be — even so they should still seek and request Hashem Yisburach. Until through all of this he elevates them from apostasy to will — to holiness. And transforms for them the very extremity of the descent to the ultimate ascent.

I exult with very great immense joy without end — over all the holy words that you wrote. Upon seeing your handwriting and the burning of your heart toward the truth. Fortunate are you — that you merited to shatter the obstructions and hindrances — everything. And wrote to me and informed me of the phone number. And what I saw — the immensity of the burning of your heart toward the truth. Who has merited to cleave himself to the true Tzadik — who has the power to descend further and further below — to the most lowly and most distant places. And to shatter and to nullify all the evil that clings there. And to elevate them to the most supernal holiness.
