One who conducts rabbinical leadership with worthiness and wholeness — through this merits that whatever is considered greatness in that generation — he rises to that greatness at the end of his days. And in this generation — where honour is when one is held to be a famous Tzadik — he merits to be accepted at the end of his days as a great famous one.
