When a person conducts hisbodidus and expresses his conversation and distress before Hashem Yisborach — and confesses and regrets the great blemishes he has committed — then the "Shechinah" also expresses before him her conversation and her distress. For every single blemish he blemished in his soul — he also blemished her — as it were. And she comforts him — that she will seek strategies to rectify all the blemishes.
