תּוֹרָה צד כְּשֶׁאַתָּה רוֹצֶה שֶׁהַשֵּׁם יִתְבָּרַךְ יַשְׁפִּיעַ חֲסָדָיו לְיִשְׂרָאֵל, תַּאֲמִין שֶׁיֵּשׁ בְּכָל דָּבָר נִיצוֹצוֹת הַקְּדוֹשִׁים, וּתְצָרֵף אֶל הָאֱמוּנָה אֶת הַחָכְמָה (כִּי עַל־יְדֵי אֱמוּנָה בָּאִים לַשֵּׂכֶל כַּנַּ"ל סִימָן צ"א), וְאָז תִּהְיֶה לְךָ עַיִן קְדוֹשָׁה כָּזֹאת, אֲשֶׁר כְּשֶׁתִּסְתַּכֵּל בְּכָל דָּבָר שֶׁבָּעוֹלָם יִתְעַלּוּ הַנִּיצוֹצוֹת שֶׁהֵם הָאוֹתִיּוֹת, וּכְשֶׁתַּעֲלֶה אוֹתָם נַעֲשֶׂה מֵהֶם דִּבּוּרִים קְדוֹשִׁים, וְעַל־יְדֵי הַדִּבּוּרִים הָאֵלֶּה יַשְׁפִּיעַ הַשֵּׁם יִתְבָּרַךְ רַב טוּב לְיִשְׂרָאֵל [כִּי הַתֵּבוֹת הֵם כֵּלִים לְהוֹרָדַת הַשֶּׁפַע. בָּזֶה מוּבָן מַה שֶּׁצָּרִיךְ לְהִתְפַּלֵּל בְּדִבּוּרִים דַּוְקָא], וְזֶהוּ כָּל תַּעֲנוּגֵי הַשֵּׁם יִתְבָּרַךְ:
When you want Hashem Yisborach to pour His kindnesses upon Israel — believe that there are holy sparks in every thing. And join wisdom to the faith (for through faith one comes to intellect — as above §91). And then you will have such a holy eye — that when you look at anything in the world the sparks — which are the letters — will ascend. And when you elevate them — holy words are formed from them. And through these words Hashem Yisborach will pour great goodness upon Israel. [For words are vessels for the descent of abundance — from this is understood why one must specifically pray with spoken words.] And this is all the delight of Hashem Yisborach.
