Through weakness of the heart — fears fall upon one. For the primary strength is in the heart. And the tender-hearted are frightened. And this is what is written: ""the man who is fearful and faint-hearted"" [Deuteronomy 20:8] — and Rashi explains: ""fearful"" etc. For through the tender heart — one is afraid.
