תּוֹרָה נה

When a person has a heart — no place prevents one from the service of Hashem, may He be blessed. And one has no excuse to say that in such-and-such place it is impossible to occupy oneself with the service of Hashem. For when one has a Jewish heart — all the places of all the world are one's own.
