תּוֹרָה ע כָּל מִי שֶׁגָּדוֹל יוֹתֵר, צָרִיךְ לְבַקֵּשׁ מְבֻקָּשׁוֹ בְּרִחוּק מָקוֹם יוֹתֵר, וְעַל־כֵּן מֹשֶׁה רַבֵּנוּ שֶׁהָיָה גָּדוֹל בְּמַעֲלָה מְאֹד, הָיָה צָרִיךְ לְבַקֵּשׁ לוֹ אִשָּׁה מִמִּדְיָן, כִּי מְבֻקָּשׁוֹ הָיָה רָחוֹק מֵחֲמַת גְּדֻלָתוֹ:

The primary mind and wisdom is only in the Land of Israel. And even Israel outside the Land — they receive and draw all their mind and wisdom from the Land of Israel. And every person of Israel has a portion in the Land of Israel. And according to one's portion in the Land of Israel — so one draws and receives one's wisdom from the Land of Israel. But when one blemishes the honour of Hashem Yisborach — G-d forbid — through this one falls from the minds of the Land of Israel. And the minds remain in the aspect of the minds of outside the Land. And through this — conflict and strife are made. For the minds of outside the Land are the aspect of conflict. All of creation was only for His honour, may He be blessed. Therefore everything was created only for the human being. For all the magnification of His honour, may He be blessed — depends on the human being specifically. Therefore when some honour comes to a person — one must guard oneself greatly not to take any of the honour for oneself. Rather to see to return and elevate all the honour to Hashem Yisborach. And through this one rectifies and sustains the entire world. For the entire world and its fullness was created only for His honour, may He be blessed. The minds of the Land of Israel are the aspect of the pleasantness of Torah — the aspect of peace. And the minds of outside the Land are the aspect of affliction — the aspect of conflict. And through charity — and especially charity of the Land of Israel — a vessel is made to receive the influence of this pleasantness. And from the supernal pleasantness — birth flows — through which a person merits children. Through whom His honour, may He be blessed, is further revealed. For the primary revelation of the honour of Hashem Yisborach is through the human being as above. Therefore through this the minds of outside the Land are rectified. For all their corruption was through the blemish of honour. Therefore certainly through the revelation of honour — they can be rectified. But when — G-d forbid — the minds of outside the Land are greatly blemished — through greatly blemishing His honour, may He be blessed — then they cannot be rectified. On the contrary — these minds of outside the Land blemish also the minds of the Land of Israel — which are the aspect of peace. And then conflict arises in the Land of Israel also. And this is the matter of the conflict that exists now both outside the Land and in the Land of Israel. When one does not blemish His honour, may He be blessed — and then one merits the minds of the Land of Israel — which are the aspect of pleasantness — then one merits to feel the pleasantness of Torah. For there is pleasantness in the Torah. And this is the primary thing — to merit to feel the pleasantness that is in Torah. Fortunate is one who merits to this.
