בשעה שאומר: "הללו את ה' מן השמים וכו' הללוהו כל מלאכיו הללוהו כל צבאיו" וכו'. אזי האדם קורא לכלם ומצוה לכלם שיהללו את ה'. ומזה ראוי לאדם להתעורר לתפלה בכונת הלב, מאחר שבתפלתו קורא לכל העולמות להללו ולשבחו יתברך:

232 - Praise G-d from the heavens etc. At the time that he says: "Praise G-d from the heavens etc. praise Him all His angels praise Him all His hosts" [Psalms 148] etc. then the person calls to all and commands to all that they should praise G-d and from this it is fitting for the person to arouse to prayer with intention of the heart because in his prayer he calls to all the worlds to praise and laud Him, blessed be He.
