And therefore may it be Your will, Hashem our G‑d and G‑d of our fathers — full of mercy: that You grant us merit to study the books of the true tzadikim always; and to meditate in them always; and that the books of the true holy tzadikim always be in our hands; and that we always strengthen ourselves through them. And give us merit in their power and their merit that we always know the ways of truth from them; and that the books stand up against the decrees of the nations and nullify them. Please — Singular Master; full of mercy; Redeemer of Israel and its Holy One; You were the help of our fathers; our shield and our salvation in every generation. And we have already heard and know that the power and the greatness and the holiness and the awesomeness of the true holy tzadikim is immense and wondrous and great beyond measure and beyond description — and above all, the greatness of their holy and pure tears; which ascend before You always and never cease; and stand before Your Throne of Glory always; and awaken great mercy always for the Jewish people; and save and rescue Israel constantly through great salvations. And therefore we now come and cast ourselves before You and before the power of their holy tears; in order to be saved through the power of these holy tears of the true tzadikim . And help us and save us to engage always in the books of the true tzadikim ; and to meditate in them day and night [ Joshua 1:8 ]; and through this to be constantly sustained and revived; and to be always joyful before You. Arise — be our help; and redeem us for the sake of Your lovingkindness [ Psalms 44:27 ]. You have chosen us from all the peoples; You have loved us and desired us; and You have exalted us above all tongues; and sanctified us with Your commandments . Master of the Universe — full of mercy: have mercy upon us for the sake of Your Name; and give us great strength and power to guard the holy Bris [ bris kodesh ] with complete and true guarding in all its aspects. And save us and rescue us at every time from all the obstacles and enticements [ pittuyyim ] and stratagems of the evil inclination in this regard — for it is very strong; and there is no strength in us at all to stand before it except through Your great help and through the merit of the true holy tzadikim . And give us merit that all of Israel merit to guard the Bris in truth — as Your blessed will desires. And now — my Father in Heaven; compassionate Father; Who is full of mercy at every time and every moment: teach me and guide me how to go on the straight path in Your service; and strengthen me and help me to return to You in complete repentance [ teshuvah sheleimah ] in truth from now; and to repair all my blemishes; and to cast away and to nullify entirely all the evil [ sitra achra ] from me. And in particular — teach me and help me how to guard the holy Bris ; for I am very far from this. Help me and guard me O G‑d — for I have taken refuge in You [ Psalms 16:1 ]. And have mercy upon us through Your abundant mercies; and help us and save us — that the books of the true holy tzadikim spread in the world; and may all of Israel turn to You to serve You in truth all the days of their lives forever.

And be filled with mercy upon all of Your people Israel; and stand in our help; and uproot and break and destroy and nullify and humble and subjugate all our enemies and all who hate Israel; and pour out Your fury upon the nations that do not know You and upon the kingdoms that do not call in Your Name [ Psalms 79:6 ]; and blot out and erase their name and their memory from the world; and may they no longer be remembered by their name. And through Your mercies — place peace between You and Your people Israel; and may Your love not depart from us forever; and may we merit to always guard this holy commandment of the Bris in great holiness and purity in truth — as Your good will desires. Master of the Universe — fulfill our requests for good with mercy; for my mind is too short to explain or to expound even the beginning of what I need. And You know all. And help and save and rescue me from now — with great and wondrous salvations; and deal with me only according to Your abundant mercies and Your great lovingkindnesses. And may You guard and rescue me and all of Israel and our children and all our offspring forever and ever. He shows lovingkindness to His anointed — to David and to his seed forever. Amen and Amen [ Psalms 18:51 ]. Make known to me the path of life; fullness of joy in Your presence; pleasantness at Your right hand forever [ Psalms 16:11 ]. You shall hear joy and gladness; the bones that You crushed shall rejoice [ Psalms 51:10 ]. Master of the Universe: please help me and save me and strengthen me and embolden me always — that I not come to any sadness or depression at all throughout all the days of my life; and that I merit to true joy always. For You know — G‑d of mercy and compassion: how very great is the damage from sadness in all the worlds; and what darkness it causes in all the worlds; and how many holy souls are crushed and broken through it; and how many blemishes it causes in the upper worlds and in the lower worlds. And I know that I myself am one of the great sufferers from sadness and depression — for I myself have already experienced [ kvar higgeini ] much sadness and depression through my many sins and through the poverty of my deeds and the smallness of my understanding; until I do not know or understand from where to find an opening to draw close to You in truth — with joy and with a glad heart from everything. And help me through Your mercies — that I merit always to look upon the supernal root [ shoresh ha'elyon ] of every single matter; to look always at the root of everything — how every single thing is rooted in You; and how everything is good [ hakol tov ]; and that there is nothing bad at all in the world [ ein ra' b'olam klal ]. And through this may I merit to eternal joy in truth; in love and in great joy — in body and in soul in truth. For You know — Hashem our G‑d; full of mercy: how many and many things there are that we Jews — the people of Your choice — need; and how many salvations and repairs we need at every time; and how much they depend on true joy; and how great the power of the joy of Israel before You. And You know the great distance of each and every one of us; and You know all that passes over us and all that we suffer and all our needs. Therefore: have mercy upon us and save us and deal with us only with mercy and with the immensity of the greatness of Your wonders; to help and to save us and to establish for us great repairs and great salvations — with abundant mercy and with great and wondrous lovingkindness. May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable before You — Hashem , my Rock and my Redeemer [ Psalms 19:15 ]. Amen and Amen.

Shepherd of Israel — give ear; Who leads Joseph like a flock; Who is enthroned upon the Cherubim — shine forth [ Psalms 80:2 ]. Master of the Universe — in the merit of Moshe our teacher — peace be upon him — and in the merit of Aharon the High Priest — peace be upon him — and in the merit of Yehoshua bin Nun — peace be upon him — help us and save us and give us merit to true Torah study; and in particular to the inner aspects of Torah [ pnimiyus haTorah ] — which is the holy and awesome Kabbalah ; through which the Divine Presence [ Shekhinah ] speaks from within his throat [ midokh gronoi ]. And now — Hashem our G‑d: our Father are You. Incline Your ear to our supplication; open Your eyes and see our desolation; and hear our prayer. And remember us with the lovingkindness of the patriarchs — Avraham Yitzchak and Yaakov; and in the merit of the Matriarchs — Sarah Rivkah Rachel and Leah; and in the merit of all the true holy tzadikim from the beginning of creation until this day. Alas — Hashem : who shall rise up for us; woe — who shall rise up for Yaakov; for he is small [ Amos 7:2 ]. Master of all worlds — Who has mercy on the earth; Who has mercy on the creatures: You have led them like a flock through the hand of Moshe and Aharon [ Psalms 77:21 ]. Have mercy upon us for the sake of Your Name; and give us strength and power to stand in the battles that the evil inclination and its retinue wage against us constantly; and may we not be afraid of them at all. And may You arouse us always with new holy desire and new holy love; to long and to yearn and to seek and to pursue Your service and the service of the tzadikim of truth always; until we merit to attach to You in truth and to draw close to You and to cleave to You forever. And help us and save us to receive the Shabboses as is fitting — with joy and great exultation; and with words of Torah and prayer and song and praise to Your great and holy Name at all the Shabbos meals [ shalosh seudos ]. And may we merit through the holiness of the holy Shabbos to heal all our spiritual illnesses [ choluim ruchaniyim ]; and to repair all our blemishes; and to rise greatly in all the holy levels. And may the spirit of the holy Shabbos rest upon us always; and may we merit to draw the holiness of the Shabbos into all the six weekdays; and may we merit through the holy Shabbos to renewed desire and love — of an entirely new renewal; to new longing and new aspiration at every time. Hashem G‑d of Hosts — restore us; shine Your face and we shall be saved [ Psalms 80:4 ]. My eyes are always toward Hashem — for He shall draw my feet out of the net. I lift up my eyes to You — Who dwells in the heavens [ Psalms 25:15; 123:1 ]. Master of the Universe: have mercy upon me for the sake of Your Name; and give me strength and desire and yearning and longing to come to the Land of Israel; until I merit to go to the Land of Israel; and to truly know You there with wondrous knowledge and with complete faith. Master of the Universe — Lord of all the earth; G‑d of all creatures: what shall I say and what shall I speak? You alone know all that befalls me; and You know how very far I am from the Land of Israel; and how very far I am from the holiness of the Land of Israel; and yet I believe with complete faith: that all the holiness of the Israelite man depends on the Land of Israel. And behold now: after everything that has passed over me from my very beginning until this very day; and how many causes and reasons and obstacles have arisen before me to prevent me from coming to the Land of Israel; until I have not yet merited to come there — and now I still stand far from it. But even so I have not despaired of Your mercy; and I trust in You that You shall help me and save me in Your great mercy to come to the Land of Israel speedily and immediately. And I know that all this comes only from my evil deeds and my sins; therefore have mercy upon me and judge me to the side of merit; and in Your great mercy and Your wondrous ways — fulfill Your promise to me and bring me speedily and immediately to the Land of Israel. For I wait for You; You bring man down to the dust — crush him; until the spirit is crushed [ Psalms 90:3 ].

Master of the Universe — have mercy on a mute dove like me; have mercy on the feeble of mind; on the despised and the lowly and the rejected; and have mercy upon me and help me and save me in Your great mercy — to go and to come to the Land of Israel speedily and immediately. My Father in Heaven — Who bestows lovingkindnesses and great goods upon me at every time: You have granted me merit to the true desire and yearning to come to You; and to the yearning for the Land of Israel; and to be close to You in Your holy and awesome land. And therefore I have come before You always with a renewed desire — to begin again from fresh in the service of Hashem ; as though I were born today. Master of the Universe — remember please the pride and the delight [ hit'pa'arut v'sha'ashu'im ] that You received from all the tzadikim of every generation who came to You to the Land of Israel; and to the graves of the tzadikim ; and how much delight and pride You took in them; and how great the joy before You when Israel visits the graves of the tzadikim . And in the merit of all of them — have mercy upon me; and in the merit and power of all the true holy tzadikim : help and save me and strengthen me and embolden me always; until we merit to come to the Land of Israel speedily and immediately. And grant us merit through Your abundant mercies and Your immense lovingkindnesses — that we merit every year and year [ b'khol shanah v'shanah ] to receive Rosh Hashanah in great holiness and purity; and to go at every Rosh Hashanah to the true tzadikim ; and in particular to the gathering at the grave of our master [ kever rabbenu ] — the holy and awesome one [ Na Nach Nachma Nachman MayUman ]; and to merit there to the delight and exultation of all the holy gathering that assembles there. Please Hashem — through Your abundant mercies: grant us merit to gaze upon the splendor and the majesty of the countenance [ pe'er hadrat peneihem ] of the holy true tzadikim ; and in particular the countenance of the holy and awesome true tzadik [ tzaddik ha'emet ]; and to receive much from each and every one individually at every time. And help us and grant us merit to repent with complete repentance; and to quickly repair all that we have blemished before You — from our youth until now; and to repair all the holy places of Israel in every place that they have been blemished; and to repair all the fallen sparks [ nitztozos ] in all the places to which they have fallen; and to quickly bring the complete redemption; and to build the holy Temple [ Beis HaMikdash ] speedily in our days; and to sanctify the Name of Heaven in all the worlds; until all the places of Israel are sanctified with the holiness of the Land of Israel.

Full of mercy — have mercy upon us for the sake of Your Name; have pity upon us as the abundance of Your mercies. Grant us merit to go speedily to the Land of Israel; and to pray at the graves of the tzadikim there; and to be revived through their holy power. May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable before You — Hashem , my Rock and my Redeemer [ Psalms 19:15 ]. My soul longs — yea and pines — for the courtyards of Hashem ; my heart and my flesh sing out to the living G‑d [ Psalms 84:3 ]. I adjure you O daughters of Jerusalem — why should you arouse and why should you stir up the love until it please [ Song of Songs 2:7 ]. Master of the Universe — full of mercy; Who loves His people Israel: great in counsel and mighty in deed [ Jeremiah 32:19 ]: help me and save me that I merit to strengthen myself greatly in the battle against my evil inclination; and to not be afraid of it at all; and to merit to conquer the battle in peace. And have mercy upon me and save me and rescue me from the obstacles of the mind [ meni'os ha'moach ] — which are all the questions and doubts [ kushyos v'sefeikos ] that the evil inclination constantly sends upon a person to confuse and disturb his mind. Hear, Hashem — my voice; I call out; be gracious to me and answer me [ Psalms 27:7 ]. And help me and save me and rescue me and deliver me and redeem me from all manner of questions and doubts and heretical thoughts [ hirhurei kefirah ] and alien thoughts [ machshavos zaros ]; and from all the confusions and obstacles that the evil inclination places before me always; and from all the types of the evil inclination in all their forms and in all their kinds — and they are without measure and without number; and each one is a world unto itself of great and terrible strength. And guard me and help me and save me always from each and every one of them — in every time and every moment; until I merit to draw close to You in truth and to its very truth as Your good will desires. My Father in Heaven — have mercy upon me; fulfill my requests with mercy; for I have no hope or anticipation at all except in Your great and immense mercy alone. And in Your great mercy and Your wondrous ways — do everything that I need; and deal with me only according to the greatness of Your mercy — not according to my deeds; but according to Your great and abundant mercy. May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable before You — Hashem , my Rock and my Redeemer [ Psalms 19:15 ]. Amen and Amen.

He devises thoughts so that no outcast be expelled from Him [ II Samuel 14:14 ]. Have mercy upon me for the sake of Your Name; and be with me in my help always; and help me and save me that I merit to always direct everything toward the holy [ l'tzad ha'kedushah ]; and to receive with true knowledge [ da'as amiti ] every impression that comes upon me from outside — and to immediately turn it from evil to good and from the profane to the holy. Master of the Universe — Master of the Universe — Master of the Universe: remember and have mercy and save speedily — save speedily: for we have already fallen very greatly; and the exile is very long and very bitter; and there is almost no hope — G‑d forbid. And now I have no opening to speak before You — for I have already spoken many times and have not been answered; and still I have fallen again and again. But even so — I have not despaired of Your mercy; and I still come to pour out my heart before You; and to cry and to pray before You; and to hold fast to You alone; and to not cease and not weaken and not despair — G‑d forbid; and to not be ashamed at all from anything — but only to look to You alone; and to trust in You and in Your true tzadikim from now and forever. Amen Selah. I will declare the statute — Hashem said to me: You are My son; this day have I begotten you [ Psalms 2:7 ]. Master of the Universe — please have mercy upon me and help me and save me: that I merit to guard myself from the evil of the seasons [ pigne ha'zman ]; from the bad airs that pass through the world in every season and time; and from all the evil character traits and all the confusions that come — all of them — from the blows of time [ pigne ha'zman ]. Master of the Universe — Master of the Universe: Primordial before all the primordial; First before all the firsts; and after all the lasts — You are still last; and You know the end from the beginning [ Isaiah 46:10 ]; and You see before and after; and there is nothing hidden from You. And I know and believe with complete faith: that all that has passed over me — both in body and in soul; in spirit and in mind — all of it is from You; and all of it is entirely for good and mercy; even though I myself in my foolishness and the poverty of my understanding — do not understand and do not know how all this is for good. And therefore I have come before You to pour out my heart before You; and to cry out before You; and to pray and to seek Your mercy. And may You be filled with mercy upon me; and deal with me according to Your abundant and great mercy. May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable before You — Hashem , my Rock and my Redeemer [ Psalms 19:15 ]. A voice is heard on high — lamentation; bitter weeping: Rachel weeps for her children; she refuses to be consoled for her children — for they are gone [ Jeremiah 31:14 ]. Master of the Universe — have mercy upon us; and let the lamentation and the weeping and the bitter crying of our mother Rachel before You move You to compassion; and have mercy upon us for her sake; for she is the mother who always weeps and cries before You for her children who are in exile. And in her merit and in the merit of all the patriarchs and matriarchs — have mercy upon us; and bring the redemption speedily. For this our heart has become faint — for these things our eyes have grown dark [ Lamentations 5:17 ]. Master of the Universe — true compassionate Father: You know that all our vitality depends on the tzadikim ; and when one learns of the passing of a true tzadik — it is as if his own vitality has been diminished; and his heart falls and sinks. And therefore — O Knower of secrets: have mercy upon us and upon all of Israel who are scattered in all the corners of the world; and rouse them and revive them — that they not despair in any manner whatsoever in the world. Master of the Universe — have pity and compassion on the tears and the weeping of our mother Rachel; who is the mother of all Israel; who always cries and weeps and entreats before You for her children in exile; and in whose merit Israel was redeemed from Egypt; and it is written: Thus says Hashem : Refrain your voice from weeping and your eyes from tears — for your work shall be rewarded, says Hashem ; and they shall return from the land of the enemy [ Jeremiah 31:15 ]. And You have promised: And there is hope for your future — says Hashem ; and the children shall return to their own border [ Jeremiah 31:16 ]. Please — fulfill Your promise; and return our exiles and rebuild the Beis Ha'Mikdash speedily; and send us our righteous Mashiach; and spread Your Shekhinah in the midst of Israel — in the Land of Israel. And may You have mercy upon all the exiles of Israel in all the places where they are; and gather our dispersed from the four corners of the earth; and raise up the honor of Israel and the honor of the Torah; and may every Jew who has fallen — rise and not repeat the fall. And may You always strengthen all the dispersed of Israel who are in exile; and may You give them strength and courage and great joy always; and may You remove every sadness and sighing from them; and may every one of Israel who has fallen through poverty or through illness or through worry or through any trouble or distress — rise and be strengthened; and may they be able to serve You always in great joy. And deal with us with the attribute of the right side [ midas ha'yemin ] — the attribute of Avraham; and with the attribute of Yitzchak and the attribute of Yaakov; and in the merit of Moshe our teacher; and in the merit of Aharon and Pinchas; and in the merit of all the patriarchs; and in the merit of all the true tzadikim in every generation and in our generation. And until I speak to G‑d Most High — and whatever passes over me.

Master of the Universe — Master of the Universe — Master of the Universe: holy are You and awesome is Your Name; and Your kingship is forever. Have mercy upon me for the sake of Your Name; and deal with me in the aspect of the hidden goodness [ tov ha'ne'elam ] — the hidden and concealed goodness that is in all of Israel — even the most degraded; even those who have greatly sinned. For You know that every Jew has within himself in the innermost recesses of his heart — a holy and pure point; a point of truth and faith. And help me and strengthen me that this holy point within me never be extinguished; and rather that it be inflamed and burn more and more always — until it become a great bonfire of holiness. And have mercy upon all of Israel — for the exile is very long and very bitter; and the generation is poor and orphaned; and there is none who helps; and there is none who stands in our defense. And You — Who performs wonders in every generation; and from Whom nothing is withheld: have mercy upon us and redeem us speedily. And therefore have mercy upon me — O full of mercy; abundant in lovingkindness and truth; Who multiplies to do good; Who multiplies to forgive; Who multiplies to pardon: and grant me merit to true repair in this physical world; and to cleave to You forever and ever. Master of the Universe — Master of the Universe: what has passed has passed; for already the Temple has been destroyed [ kvar nechrav Beis ha'Mikdash ] — and we are in bitter exile. And I know that it is I myself and my like who caused and are causing the prolonging of the exile through our evil desires and our bitter sins. And therefore I am terrified for myself — for I have added to the exile greatly; and I do not know how to save myself from the shame and the disgrace and the humiliation in this world and in the World to Come. Master of the Universe — Master of the Universe — full of mercy: teach me how to cry out before You; and to speak before You; and to pour out my heart before You like water. And help me and save me that I not be disgraced and humiliated in the World to Come; and help me to save myself from shame and disgrace and humiliation in this world and in the World to Come. Master of the Universe — Master of the Universe: act for the sake of Your Name; and sanctify Your Name because of us; and have mercy upon Your children who are in exile. And in the merit and in the power of the true tzadikim who departed [ nistalkhu ] — and in particular the great true tzadikim who departed from us in this generation: have mercy upon us and upon all of Israel; and save us in their merit. For the righteous one is gathered [ ne'esaf ] with none understanding — for because of the evil does the righteous one depart [ Isaiah 57:1 ]. Master of the Universe — Master of all: after we have already caused through our iniquities what we have caused; and after many holy tzadikim have already departed — who sustained the world through their Torah and their prayer and their service: now each one who remains is despised in the eyes of his fellow; until the strength of the bearer is weakened [ Nehemiah 4:4 ].

Master of the Universe — full of mercy: may Your mercies be stirred for Your children; may Your innards yearn for them [ Jeremiah 31:19 ]; for they are precious to You more than fine gold; how the sons of Zion — precious and priceless as fine gold — are now counted as earthen jugs — the work of the potter's hands [ Lamentations 4:2 ]. Master of the Universe — Master of all worlds: You alone know the immensity of the preciousness and the glory and the splendor of the greatness of the holiness of the tzadikim who are in each and every generation; and in particular the holy and awesome tzadikim of our generation; and their infinite greatness. And in their merit — have mercy upon us and upon all of Israel; and sweeten all harsh decrees; and nullify all evil decrees; and save us from all evil; and bring us the complete redemption speedily in our days; and build the holy Temple speedily; and may the Shekhinah no longer be in exile. And may Your Name be exalted — our King — in the mouth of all the living always forever and ever. And grant us merit to fulfill the commandment of tefillin in wholeness — in great holiness and purity; in awe and in love; and in wisdom and in understanding and in knowledge and in all craftsmanship [ Exodus 31:3 ]. And grant us merit to receive the Shabboses from within great joy; and may we merit to delight in Shabbos with all our might; and to repair all the blemishes that we have blemished in Your great Name. And through Your abundant mercies — guard us and save us from all manner of illnesses and ailments and pains in body and in soul; and in particular from the terrible illness of leprosy [ nega tzara'as ]; and from all other terrible and bitter illnesses. And heal us — O faithful Healer; and send us complete healing of body and of soul. And guard and save us from all manner of accidents and harmful things [ mezzikim ]; and may we merit to always be included in the luminaries of light [ me'orei or ] that are included in Your holy Name. And grant us merit to fulfill the commandment of the etrog and its four species [ arba'as ha'minim ] in wholeness — at its proper time as is fitting. And may we merit that the children of Israel who walk in their ways to do Your will in truth all the days of their lives forever. Master of the Universe — our King and our G‑d: fulfill our requests with mercy; and grant us merit to come to the Land of Israel and to go up to Jerusalem the holy city speedily and immediately; and to see the face of our righteous Mashiach; and the building of the Holy Temple; and the return of the Shekhinah to Zion; and the ingathering of all the exiles of Israel to the Land of Israel; and the renewal of our days as of old [ Lamentations 5:21 ]. And may there be revealed and increased and exalted the honor of Your great and holy Name — in all the worlds and in all the heavenly hosts and in all the peoples of the earth; until the glory of Your Name fills the whole world. Blessed is the Name of the glory of His Kingdom forever and ever; and may His glory fill all the earth — Amen and Amen.
