In Europe — Visa Problems; The Two Outstanding Matters

And regarding the two matters — the power of attorney and a letter from Uman, etc. — the situation is as follows: since next week my visa is expiring — I went to extend it, and they told me that there is time to come on the last day — not a week earlier. Therefore I will then see to deal with the two matters. Write to me clearly the situation regarding the two matters — where do things stand — do they want peace or the opposite, etc.?
