Siman Seventy-Four — Rumah Al HaShamayimסימן עד — רומה על השמים There are two kinds of judgments: dina d'misa'ava [impure judgment] — and so on — and there is dina kadisha [holy judgment].

There — in the above discourse — and this is the verse: "for a sun and a shield is Haveye'ah Elokim" — and so on. See the above Zohar Pekudei, p. 224b — where is also elaborated the matter of the gold and sospisa d'dahava [the dross of gold] — which is the aspect of what is elaborated in this discourse afterwards: that in the aspect of judgment there are two aspects. Yakov — which is speech — and the aspect of Eisav — which is the dross. This being the aspect of: "these are the generations of Yitzchak" — and so on — meaning: as above. And this is alluded in what the verse says: "and the gold of the waving offering." And as the Zohar explains there: "it is an exaltation upward." And elsewhere the Sages said: tenuphah [waving offering] — tenu peh [give a mouth]. For when one lifts and exalts the judgment — which is the aspect of dina d'malkusa [the judgment of royalty] — the aspect of Malchus-mouth — the aspect of: "speak righteousness" — then it rises to its root — which is the aspect of wisdom [Chuchmah] — the aspect of Yakov — which is speech in knowledge [dibur b'yedi'ah]. And the dross which is the aspect of Eisav falls below. See Zohar Pekudei, p. 223b: "the holy judgment of the Holy One — He is pleased in it — it is a clear judgment — it is a judgment that stirs love and joy" — [meaning: the aspect of afflictions of love and the aspect of rejoicing in suffering that the Sages said] — "but the wicked — when they are in the world — all of them have impure judgment of filth."
