"The mighty hand" — these are how many supernal and mighty Tikunim that Moshe the Faithful Shepherd established for what was fitting from the beginning of the world until the time of the redemption. For here one must strengthen matters in strength — so they will not be corrupted — in order that they can receive the Tikun afterward. "The great awe" — these are the Tikunim that are prepared for him in the time to come.
