And praised be G-d — the ship went all of holy Shabbas. And on the night of Motza'ei Shabbas — they lowered the anchor near the city of Chernikilts. And on Sunday — Parshas Ha'azinu — the seventh of the Ten Days of Repentance — they took out the anchor. And as they drew very close to the city of Chernikilts — Ishmaelites came onto the ship and we showed them the tickets. And they immediately left from there. And behold — we were going today — Sunday — and the wind was going in our direction with the help of Hashem Blessed be He. And all of us saw that everything was by His Providence alone at every moment and every instant. And all of them knew not at all the way of the wind — as it is written (Koheles ch. 11): "as you know not the way of the wind" and so on. Rather — wherever the wind from Heaven went — there the ships went. Blessed be Hashem who helped me until here.
