And in the meantime — I asked where an esrog was found. And I went there. And I merited through His wondrous kindness to fulfill the mitzvah of esrog and its species on the first day of Sukkos mentioned above after midday — after all of us had already despaired of blessing over the esrog. And also R.Sh. honored us with wine and pastry. And we went to the sukkah on his upper floor. And we blessed Leishev b'Sukkah and Shehecheyanu. And we ate and drank in joy.
