בְּעֶזְרַת הַשֵּׁם יִתְבָּרַךְ יוֹם ג' עֵקֶב תר"ג טְשֶׁעהרִין.

And regarding the books — certainly it is essential to send for them — but not to multiply expenses for the sake of only twenty — rather they should settle upon the counsel of Hashem.
