B.H. Sunday, 26 Adar II 5742 My heart, my dearest — Mr. Sh. Efrati — who holds himself to the Tzadik — who is the essential novelty and wonder of all creation — the like of whom there has not been and the like of whom there will not be.

Who has in his power — through the voice of such a melody and song of kindness — to transform the entire world from evil to good — and to bring all of them close… everything to Hashem Yisburach and to His Torah — and to return all of them… For he is such a novelty and wonder — the like of which there has not been and the like of which there will not be.

…Who holds himself to the Tzadik — who has such a melody and song of kindness — that wakes and arouses the entire world from their sleep — and repairs everything in the ultimate repair.
