הַקָּדוֹשׁ-בָּרוּךְ-הוּא מִתְאַוֶּה לִתְפִלָּתָם שֶׁל יִשְׂרָאֵל וּכְשֶׁיִּשְׂרָאֵל מִתְפַּלְּלִים לְפָנָיו הֵם מְמַלְּאִים תַּאֲוָתוֹ וְהוּא מְקַבֵּל תַּעֲנוּג מֵאִתָּם (שָׁם) .

G-d desires the prayers of the Jews The Holy One Blessed He desires the prayers of Israel. And when Israel prays before Him, they fulfill His desire, and He receives exquisite enjoyment from them. (Likutay Moharan, Torah 15; Likutay Aitzos, Prayer 28).
