תּוֹרָה קו

When a person is in constriction of the minds [katnus ha-mochim] — he must strengthen himself to come to expansion of the minds [gadlus ha-mochim]. And when he attains expansion of the minds — all judgments are sweetened and kindnesses and mercies flow upon him. And if he cannot on his own attain expansion of the minds — the counsel for this is to enlighten others. And through this it is awakened in him as well.
