תּוֹרָה קיח - לְפָרֵשׁ הַלִּמּוּד

When one learns — it is good to explain the matter in a language one understands. And it is a benefit to the world.

Every Tzadik of the generation is the aspect of Moshe — Mashiach. And when he innovates in Torah — it is the aspect of: ""and the spirit of G-d"" — ""this is the spirit of Mashiach"" — ""hovering over the face of the waters"" [Genesis 1:2] — which is the Torah [holy Zohar, Vayeshev, 192a]. And just as Mashiach endures suffering on behalf of all Israel to atone for them — similarly every Tzadik of the generation endures suffering on behalf of all Israel — to lighten it from them. Also — that we do not merit to comprehend the Torah innovations of the Tzadik as they are — as they went forth from the Tzadik's mouth in the heights of the heights — but rather they need to be explained to us in the common manner — in the language of "Ashkenaz" [Yiddish] or similar vernacular — this too is the aspect of: ""and he was wounded for our transgressions"" [Isaiah 53:5] — the aspect of ""he was made ordinary for their sake"" [holy Zohar, Ki Taitzei, 280a] — and this too is the aspect of the Tzadik enduring suffering to atone for Israel.
