The Tzadikim of the generation sit in the arrangement of a circle. And they are the aspect of a court. And Hashem Yisborach is the head of their court. And from them the judgment goes forth for each person — whether to merit or to guilt. And likewise they divide the livelihood to each person as is fitting for him. And the essential thing is that there should be love between them — until they are in the aspect of seeing one another.
