תּוֹרָה רלב

At the time one recites ""Praise Hashem from the heavens"" etc. — ""praise Him all His angels"" etc. — it is fitting for a person to be aroused to pray with great vitality and blazing. Since in one's prayer one is calling upon all the angels and seraphim and "ofanim" and holy living creatures and all the worlds — and commanding and bidding them to praise and glorify Him, may He be blessed.
