תּוֹרָה לב - אֲדֹנָי שְׂפָתַי תִּפְתָּח

Through the dancing at a wedding the harsh judgments [dinim] are sweetened. For the heart is the aspect of Binah — as it is written: ""Binah liba"" [understanding is the heart] [Tikunim, "P'sach Eliyahu"]. And through the joy of the heart one dances — in the aspect of: ""and Yaakov lifted his feet"" [Genesis 29:1] — and Rashi explains: ""his heart lifted his feet."" And the feet are the aspect of "Netzach" and "Hod". And when one dances with one's feet from the joy of one's heart — one must have the intention to draw down the light of the heart — that is, the five thousands of "EHYEH" of "Binah" — to the bride [kallah] (to sweeten the judgments within her). For she is called before the union — "na'ar" [youth, without the final "heh"] [holy Zohar, Part II, 38a] — in the aspect of 320 judgments [shin-kaf dinim] — the numerical value of "na'ar" — which equals five times "din" [judgment]. And through drawing down the light of the heart — she becomes "na'arah" with a "heh" — and becomes five times "Adonai". And this is the aspect of: ""Adonai, open my lips"" [Psalms 51:17] — for through the lips which are "Netzach" and "Hod" — the aspect of the above-mentioned feet — the bride is opened and sweetened — so she is called "na'arah" — ready for union — becoming the aspect of "Adonai" as above.
