תּוֹרָה מה - מְחִיאַת כַּפַּיִם בַּתְּפִלָּה

Through clapping the palms during prayer — the wings of the lung are aroused — from which speech comes into being. And through the clapping of five fingers of the right hand against the five of the left — and likewise in reverse — the aspect of "Mi" [who] is formed — which numerically equals fifty — the fifty gates of "Binah" [understanding] — the aspect of "Yovel" [Jubilee]. For five times five numerically equals twenty-five. And two times twenty-five numerically equals fifty — the aspect of the fifty times the Exodus from Egypt is mentioned in the Torah — for through the aspect of "Yovel" we went out of Egypt. And there speech was in exile — and through the redemption (which numerically equals "mi" [50]) — the aspect of mouth and speech was formed — the aspect of: ""who placed a mouth"" [Exodus 4:11]. And the mouth receives words [dibburim] into itself from the wings of the lung.
